Abstract
Patient satisfaction is the main thing that the hospital needs to prioritize. Patient satisfaction can encourage the creation of customer loyalty so that the hospital gets a good reputation. The development of the number of hospitals has an influence on competition. This condition requires improvement in health services to increase satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence patients at Wonogiri Amal Sehat Hospital which include facilities, nursing services, doctor services, health services, staff services and medical costs. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires using a Likert Scale to patients as many as 200 respondents at Wonogiri Amal Sehat Hospital. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Hypothesis testing is done by using structural equation analysis (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) using the AMOS program. The results showed that the facilities did not significantly influence patient satisfaction. Then the nurse service, doctor service, health service, staff service and medical expense significantly influence patient satisfaction. Keywords: Satisfaction, Service, Patients
