Abstract

PRAMUDYA, S.I., 2024, FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP KEPATUHAN MENGKONSUMSI TABLET TAMBAH DARAH PADA IBU HAMIL DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS GABUS KABUPATEN GROBOGAN, SKRIPSI, FAKULTAS FARMASI, UNIVERSITAS SETIA BUDI, SURAKARTA. Dibimbing oleh Dr. apt. Lucia Vita Inandha Dewi, S.Si., M.Sc. dan Lukito Mindi Cahyo, S.KG., M.PH. Rendahnya tingkat kepatuhan terhadap konsumsi tablet tambah darah pada ibu hamil dalam program pemerintah dapat menjadi kendala untuk mencegah dan mengatasi terjadinya anemia. Kasus anemia di Kabupaten Grobogan meningkat pada tahun 2020 sebesar 15,74%. Tablet tambah darah adalah suplemen yang mengandung zat besi, dikonsumsi untuk pembentukan sel darah merah atau hemoglobin. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dalam konsumsi tablet tambah darah pada ibu hamil. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi observasional analitik secara cross-sectional, melibatkan responden sesuai kriteria inklusi yaitu 91, berobat d Puskesmas Gabus 1. Variabel yang diamati adalah pengetahuan, motivasi, dukungan keluarga, dan peran petugas kesehatan. Data diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner, analisis hasil dilakukan secara univariat, bivariat dan multivariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar ibu hamil memiliki pengetahuan dan motivasi yang kurang dalam mengkonsumsi tablet tambah darah, Namun, dukungan keluarga ibu hamil tergolong tinggi, dan peran petugas kesehatan terhadap ibu hamil juga tergolong tinggi. Faktor dukungan keluarga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan mengkonsumsi tablet tambah darah, dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0,013. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dukungan keluarga merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam mengkonsumsi tablet tambah darah. The low level of compliance with the consumption of blood supplement tablets by pregnant women in government programs can be an obstacle to preventing and treating anemia. Anemia cases in Grobogan Regency increased in 2020 by 15.74%. Blood supplement tablets are supplements that contain iron, consumed for the formation of red blood cells or hemoglobin. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence the consumption of blood supplement tablets in pregnant women. This type of research is a cross-sectional analytical observational study, involving respondents according to the inclusion criteria, namely 91, receiving treatment at Gabus Community Health Center 1. The variables observed were knowledge, motivation, family support and the role of health workers. Data was obtained using a questionnaire, analysis of the results was carried out univariate, bivariate and multivariable. The research results show that the majority of pregnant women have insufficient knowledge and motivation to consume blood supplement tablets. However, family support for pregnant women is relatively high, and the role of health workers towards pregnant women is also high. The family support factor has a significant influence on compliance with consuming blood supplement tablets, with a p-value of 0.013. Based on these results, it can be concluded that family support is the factor that most influences pregnant women's compliance with consuming blood supplement tablets.
