Abstract

The productivity of the employees of the company are the basic foundation that must be built, maintained and developed within the company in order to have a positive impact for the company both in quality and quantity. Various factors existing problems will give effect to the creators of the existing workforce. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant effect of leadership style and work discipline on the productivity of nurses working in hospitals TK IV 04:07:02 Slamet Riyadi Surakarta simultaneously. This study is a survey, which can provide benefits for descriptive objectives, assist in comparing existing conditions with predetermined criteria. Computer processing of the results can be known coefficient of linear regression equations obtained are as follows: Y = 2.560 + 0.558 X1 + 0.382 X2 + e. Based on the results of the t test result that there was a significant effect of leadership style and work discipline on the productivity of nurses working in hospitals 04:07:02 kindergarten IV partially Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. Based on the results of the F test result that there was a significant effect of leadership style and work discipline on the productivity of nurses working in hospitals TK IV 04:07:02 Slamet Riyadi Surakarta simultaneously. Test results obtained R2 of 0.459 or 45.9%. which means that the variability of the dependent variable that can be explained by the variability of the independent variable at 45.9% while the rest (54.1%) is explained by other variables that are not included in the regression model.
