Abstract
This study aims to examine the relationship perceived ease and perceived usefulness on intention to use is in moderation by age and experience in the non-medical hospital employees PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta. This study used quantitative research methods to test causality between perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness of the moderation of age and experience on the intention to use the hospital management information system. The place of the study RS PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Size of the sample was 85 respondents. Hypothesis testing and result of the study were confirmed by questionnaire Methods questionnaires was used in collecting data, and for data analysis it was applied multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and different test The results of data analysis: All the hypotheses proposed by this study have a significant effect. While moderating role of age and experience relationships weaken the perceived ease and perceived usefulness on intention to use.
