Abstract

Budgetary participation and organizational commitment that both can create performance management on an institution that is good also. This study tries to reveal the effect of budgetary participation and organizational commitment on managerial perfomance in Cooperative Sukoharjo-solo. In this study the samples were taken was the manager and employees in cooperative Suoharjo-solo totaling 40 respondents. Sampling techniques using purposive sampling method. Used test is the test of validity, reliability test, the classic assumption test, hypothesis tetsing and regression analysis. This study uses primary data to make use of quantitative methods. The results of this data processing is the existence of a positive and significant effect of budget participation on managerial perfomance and the presence of significant positive influence and organizational commitment on managerial perfoemance.
