Abstract

Performance is something generated from a work both in terms of quantity or quality which is achieved by someone in doing tasks according to the given responsibilities. Through the performance of laboratory institution it is expected to be able to show professional contribution for improving the quality of health service. Supports from the organization are very much needed to achieve maximum performance of the laboratory institution. Supports given by the organization to the laboratory institution will create perception called organizational support perception. This research was conducted for the purpose of knowing the influence of organizational support perception towards the performance of the laboratory institution at RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten. Sampling collection technique used in this research was total sampling with the total of samples as many as 31 institutions laboratory at RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten. The method of data collection was done using questionnaires and the data analysis technique was simple linear regression data analysis using SPSS version 21 program for windows . Results obtained from the research showed that the organizational support perception gave positive effects to the performance of the laboratory institution at RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirto Negoro Klaten with value of sign 0.001 <0.05 and value of R 2 as much as 0. 315 which means that the influence of organizational support perception to the performance of laboratory institution is 31.5%.
