Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the satisfaction feeling of health care worker in RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta toward the use of information system influenced by attitudes, expected performance and facilitated condition when they use the electronic medical record. This study used purposive sampling technique and the population was 100 respondents of health care workers who use electronic medical record. The hypothesis was tested using Structural Equation Model (SEM) using AMOS program.The results of this the study indicate all supported hypotheses. The results mean that to form an evaluation of satisfaction towards the use of information system using electronic medical record are influenced by attitudes, expected performance and facilitated condition. Key Words: electronic medical record information system, attitudes, expected performance and facilitated condition.
