Abstract

Previous studies remain show diverse results of different objects from several earlier research (Handayani, 2007, Chang et al., 2012; Budiman dan Arza, 2013). This study aims to examine the intention of using online registration application formed by perceived usefulness, perceived ease, perceived quality moderated by the level of education of online registration application users in RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen. This Research applied survey method using questionnaire as the instrument. This research used purposive sampling technique with 200 online registration application users as respondents. Tools measurement used SPSS program while hypothesis examination was done using Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of the study indicate that perceived usefulness has significant effect on the intention using online registration application. Perceived ease has significant effect on the intention using online registration application. Perceived quality also has significant effect on the intention using online registration application meanwhile, level of education does not have significant effect toward perceived usefulness, perceived ease, and perceived quality to the intention using online registration application. The results mean that to form intention using online registration application is influenced by perceived usefulness, perceived ease, perceived quality without any factor of educational level that strengthen the relationship.
