Abstract
This study aims to examine the role of information through concepts that encourage individual intentions using the e-patient application. Social media shaping information encourage users to influence it in behaving. Establishment of intention to use the application of e-patient by trust formed from the quality of information, perceived value, and source credibility. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with 200 respondents. The respondents used were social media users of RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. Testing of measuring instruments is using SPSS and hypothesis testing is done by analyzing the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using the AMOS program The results of this study indicate that individual intentions to use e-patient applications as a means of supporting hospitals significantly shape the quality of information on trust, perceived value of trust, source credibility of trust, and trust in the intention to use the e-patient application also show the influence significant. These results means that to form the intention to use e-patient application through trust is influenced by the quality of information, perceived value, and the credibility of the source of the e-patient application..
