Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence organizational commitment at PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital. This analysis uses the independent variable is transformational leadership, psychological empowerment, motivation, organizational culture, task demands and job satisfaction while the dependent variable is organizational commitment. The research sample was all PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital employees in Surakarta. The data collection used a questionnaire that was distributed directly throughout the PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital employees as many as 130 questionnaires. This analysis method uses multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment has a significant effect on transformational leadership, psychological empowerment, motivation, organizational culture, job satisfaction. Organizational commitment has no significant effect on task demands.
