Abstract

Pharmacy services currently focus on two things, drug services and clinical pharmacy services. Pharmacists must practice according to established pharmaceutical service standards. This research aimed at knowing the description of the implementation of Pharmaceutical Care Standards in Dispensary based on the Permenkes RI Number 73/2016 in Jebres sub-district of Surakarta City and to get an overview of every aspect of pharmacy services, and to know whether there is a relationship between age, length of employment, presence / absence of other jobs from respondents, frequency of attendance, length of day's work and participation in training with the results of implementing pharmaceutical service standards at the dispensary. Research in the form of non-experimental research with descriptive design. This respondent’s were Administrator Pharmacist or Co-Pharmacist in 31 dispensaries in Jebres Sub-District, Of Surakarta City. Instruments of the research include: management of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices and consumable medical materials; clinical pharmacy services; human resources and infrastructure; quality evaluation. The analysis performed was descriptive statistic. Results of the study showed that the implementation of the standard of pharmaceutical care at the dispensary in the Jebres sub-district of Surakarta City on the Permenkes RI Number 73/2016 as much 27 dispensaries was included in the good category and 4 dispensaries was included in enough category.
