Abstract

This study aims to support trust in organizations in mediating leadership and employee job satisfaction. Good leadership will encourage the creation of trust in a good organization will also improve employee job satisfaction. In addition, to support psychological organizational ownership in positioning leadership and employee job satisfaction. Good leadership will create organizational psychological leadership of employees will increase employee job satisfaction. Data obtained through questionnaires were distributed to employees at Arief Zainuddin Hospital in Surakarta. The sampling technique used was cluster sampling with 93 medical or non-medical employees. Hypothesis testing is done using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction in hospitals, leadership influences significantly on trust in organizations in hospitals, trust in organization affects significantly on employee job satisfaction in hospitals, trust in organizations does not significantly mediate leadership and job satisfaction of employees in the hospital, leadership determines the significance of the psychological ownership of the organization in the hospital, ownership of the psychological organization significantly affects employee job satisfaction at the hospital, psychological ownership of the organization mediates the relationship of leadership and job satisfaction of employees at the hospital significantly.
